Looking in to both of yours birth details i feel the astrologer had not studied little in deep before shouting GO for your both marriage. As your wife is having more mangal dosh than you are having which usually wont prefer. And regarding progeny yes both of you having problems in this and even in this your wife has more negative effects tha you.

The things you have shared above are all right and are caused due to the placement and combust of mars and venus and aspect of rahu your eduction was not good and it had very much hard period. One more thing for you finding a job is very very tough, so you need to pull out your laziness towards the work and you need to dedicatedly with concentration needs to work and not suppose to quit the job very soon. As you dont have guarenteed jobs in your horoscope and you have more yog of staying unemployed for longer period. You should have found the job till now from last month 19th till 27th this month. As per the birth details provided by you, you have born on thursday at bharani constellation Aeries Zodiac and Gemini Ascendant.
You are going to start with rahu maha dasha from mid of august this year 2014 and will be till mid of august 2032 which is not so favourable to you. I have already specified the gemstones above i can’t understand why you telling the same things again. You can avoid pukhraj if you don’t want to wear it on your index finger.. And for career emerald as i suggested above. You can’t wear career gem along with your health ( diabeties and hypertension) gemstones as they will give out negative results. So i would suggest to wear only emearald and nothing else.
As i had mentioned before you are having kala sarpa dosh. Which is the main reason for your problems from childhood. So you need to follow rahu and ketu remedial measures and also you are running with ketu maha dasha from jan 2010 till jan 2017 you started with loads of tensions and problems. As you see it continues till jan 2017.
At the same time you are having kantak shani from last 2 years and till november this year 2014. So would like to know are you comfortable to follow remedial measures which i prescribe in form of chanting / meditation few mantras which are very powerfull?

what you need to do is take similar denomination of coins one hand full of yours, and put it on a yellow cloth. To prepare yellow cloth take a white cloth and apply turmeric to it. After placing the hand ful of coins bag it with that cloth and tie 3 knots tightly. Later apply kum kum and pray to lord kartikeyan (subramanya) that clear our paths and improve our financial crisis and welcome us to your temple and give us strenght to perform the sarpa samskara and other poojas mentioned above. At the same pray to your family lord as well. And keep it near the pooja room.
