For cleansing and energising you can follow below method.

Cleansing is the part where you need to clean your gemstone from dirt and negative energies sticking to it.

For which, take a bowl of clean water and add three hand full of rock salt (not powdered) to it. Now take your gemstone ring or pendant and start cleaning it with rock salt crystal before it gets dissolved. And at this very moment one should be only thinking about removing negative energies from gemstone.

One may ask; why only rock salt and not detergents? For removing dirt one may use any chemical but for removing negative energies one should use rock salt as it is very good absorber of negative energies. That is why in India our grandmother and mother used rock salt and revolve around on children’s head (usually 7 times) to wear-off bad and ill energies.

Energizing: Naturally, we all have been energized by our souls. During any festivals our pandits will energize the idols with their particular deities energy, which is universal. Looking at your horoscope based on your birth details provided, what I can see is that even for small issues you get worried. And due to position of Ketu (dragon’s tail) you also fear a lot. Apart from this I can see that you usually take decisions against your parents / elders and sometimes showing disrespect. These are the main areas you need to come up to invoke Jupiter beneficial.

I can see that you had tough time in getting your bachelors like backlogs etc. Since May 2012 you are more confused with your studies and even encountered some problems from your friends. Regarding the life span of any gemstone; yes, the gemstone will stop giving out its positive energies when it has fully lost its capability of fighting with negative energies. It doesn’t need to be 4 years, even it may loose its entire life with in few days. It mainly depends upon the quality and size of the gemstone (similar to your phones battery).

Regarding the color of Blue Sapphire; even sometimes you may get light blue shaded AAA quality gemstone. So its always better to get a  gemstome with certification.

Yes, gem therepy is effective only when you fulfil the following two conditions:

1. You should have faith on it

2. You should wear good quality gemstone

Although, you would require to energize the gemstones frequently as it is the main controlling element of gemstone. 

Now, coming to your question of a “miracle cure“; I would say it can definitely cure a disease but can’t provide an instant relief. As we don’t inject it as medicine but it undergoes surface therapy (skin therapy). The vibes (rays) passing through the gemstone will interact with your body (and soul) and will start curing it. And this process takes some time.

As per your birth details provided; you have born on Friday, Ashwini Nakshatra 2nd quadrant, under Mesh / Aries zodiac.

After studying your horoscope, I can see that you are suffering from diabetis, genetic organ problems, respiratory problem and cholestral issues due to Venus, Saturn and Jupiter respectively. Also, I can see your bones being weak and having blood related issues (heart) due to bad positions of Sun and Mars. 

I can see since March 1998; you started experiencing more misfortunes in your life, giving out more tensions. This has also triggered your health issues one by one.
