I was told by someone that you will have to ask some astrologer when wearing multiple gemstones. So I would like to ask if I can wear coral in locket and ruby in gold ring? Also, I am wearing topaz and blue sapphire (neelam) at the moment.

Why do you want to wear these gems? And why so many of them?
Jupiter and Saturn may still gel well, but without knowing your horoscope, I cannot take the risk of saying Yes/No.
The same applies to wearing the other two gemsstones.
The same reason applies for advising on wearing all the gemstones.
A general piece of advise, Neelam (blue sapphire) never gels well with either Ruby or Coral.

Can you please share your birth details here in the forum so that we will be able to suggest you lucky gemstone for your present trouble and well being?
Coming to your question, yes you can wear both coral and ruby together as they are both friends and share few equal qualities.

Red Coral and Ruby can go well together. Both in combination will enhance your inner force and make you more ambitious. You can wear Red Coral in Pendant and Ruby in ring finger in Gold. But the contradicting part is that Blue Sapphire does not go at all with both Ruby and Red Coral. One should not wear a gemstone of the Lord of malefic (evil) house.
