Referring your horoscope i can see that you are an good looking women, who is very much concerned about her surroundings and herself to be more tidy, and you wont like the people who are not keeping their office space or home very tidy. As per your birth details you are born on virgo zodiac, What i can see is presently you are at the end part of sade sati and you are finding problem since 7 years now. And from last 25 december 2012 you are having many family related problems. So if you wait for another 9months your problems should reduce by 50% and rest by next year july.

Morning i was using an different device to cast your birth details, where your few planets especially Rahu (Northen node of moon) and Ketu (southern node of moon) were changed as they were in bhavantya due to Longitudinal and Lattitude few minutes changes. Now when i casted your birth details in my reqular software as per that you had and will grow well with business pertaining to rahu. And from as i told before from may 1998 you started looking in to business and finding success in to it.
You had mentioned above about started business of housing development, I hope you would had started that it in an wrong vimshottari which is between last year february till december. And as per your dasha is concerned it seems to be not too bad.

As per you birth details provided here, you have born on Sunday, Sagittarius Ascendant and Zodiac, with Uttarashada constellation in 1st quadrant.
Looking through your horoscope, I can see your health will be varying every 15 days. You will always get two options / soultions each time for any problem and might end up with a wrong selection. I can also see you are finding lot of ups and down in your work like / service life i.e. you cannot stay in any one particular job / organisation and undergoing huge credits with very low income since July 1998. Welcome to the forum.
One small correction which i would like to specify to your last post.6th 8th and 12th houses from ascendant are called as dushanas in which the natural malefic planets gives out positive results and benific planets give negative results / neutral. And 1 4 7 10 are kendra stanas where benific gives good and malefic planets give bad results and 5 9 and 11 moola trikona or sextile house gives the same results as later.
And most of the time if ones birth time is not accurate then best practice is to analyse by moon position as moon is connected to our mind and if you dont know the exact date, however month is known then its good to analyse from the sun position who is atma karka or our soul.

It is always better to wear the gemstone relavant to your horoscope requirements rather than your zodiac. However if you dont have an accurate or nearly accurate birth details, then you can wear the gemstone based on your moon zodiac but not sun zodiac. Reason being the moon transit an zodiac within 2.5 days and sun transits the same in 30 days. So for more astrological accuracy moon zodiac would be more accurate.

As all our experts said synthetic gemstones are man-made which which does not have astrological powers.
For an example; human created robots but they are not better than god gifted humans. And even natural water is better than synthetic water; you agree to that, right? And synthetic gemstones may carry negative energies rather than positive energies. So instead of getting good positive energy to fight with existing negative energy one is actually strengthening the negative energy more and its nothing but putting an hammer on one’s own foot.
