Please let me know which gemstone is useful for me.

You are born in Lagna Gandaant (ending degrees of the Lagna/Ascendant), so if there is slight change in recording your birth time or exact location co-ordinates your ascendant will change from Thula/Libra to Vrishchika/Scorpio, so I would not prefer taking any chances with your destiny, by dvising based on your birth time.
Looking at your horoscope, you have Grahan yog formed due to tight conjunction (yuti) of Moon and Ketu. You should thus wear Pearl (7 or 8 carats/rattis) set in silver, make note that the pearl should NOT touch the skin.

As per your birth details you are born on virgo zodiac, What i can see is presently you are at the end part of sade sati and you are finding problem since 7 years now. And from last 25 december 2012 you are having many family related problems. So if you wait for another 9months your problems should reduce by 50% and rest by next year july.

Thanks for your aggressive reply. Currently, I am wearing a 1.77 carat Yellow Sapphire with gold in forefinger of left hand & I am going to wear a 1.67 carat Emerald (on gold) in little finger of left hand. So my concerns are, can both the stones be worn together & how long should they be worn?
By profession, I am an interior designer & I have my own firm of architecture & design in Pune. Along with that, I have plan to enter digital media spanning India which will be co-related to my design profession. So my concerns are, which gemstone (and what carat) is suitable for my profession? Also, can yellow saphhire & emerald be worn (for profession purpose) together?
One more last & important concern is marriage. In what direction & how far will he be searched? What kind of person will he be? What I need to do or wear gemstone & for how long?

Good to know that you are an interior designer owning an architecture firm. Even I am a structural engineer by profession and astrology is my hobby and passion from the last 14 years.

Do not wear Yellow Sapphire and Emerald together, is the first advise. Secondly if you have been advised to wear Jupiter (yellow Sapphire) for marriage, (Jupiter signifies marriage for ladies), then you can continue to wear it. It seems Mercury/Budha in for of Moon Sign lord has been advised to be worn as Emerald. This you need not wear, but to remove mind related doshas happening due to the conjunction of Moon & Ketu, you need to wear pearl as suggested above.
For professional success wear Venus (you are in venusian business – interior designing and architecture). Diamond on 4.25 cents at least in white gold or platinum on the ring finger of the lef hand. Venus will also help you in marriage matters s Venus is the general significator of marriage for ladies & gents both. If you happen to choose my advise then remove Yellow Sapphire and wear Diamon instead. Now that as you wish to go online for your business expansion, wear the emerald as suggeted by someone earlier. So finally you should be wearing Diamond & Emerald, with the pearl too. Emerald and Pearl can be worn together on the little fingger, but set in different metals.

Thanks for confirming the answers for the question raised by which it is confirmed you are born on Libra Ascendant.
Referring your horoscope i can see that you are an good looking women, who is very much concerned about her surroundings and herself to be more tidy, and you wont like the people who are not keeping their office space or home very tidy. However i can see you are not so active in cleaning your own house, instead you like more in decorating it, usually you endup buying new stuff rather than cleaning it.
Apart from that you are an back biter what i can see and more over your major drawback to your success is you tend more looking deep in to any issues / concerns. Many of the time your mind gets diverted towards spirtual things, mystical powers and etc. However you wont agree in front of others and you transform the information to others as you are an very practical thinking person which you are not bascially.

Apologies you had also raised the question regarding your marriage.
Referring your horoscope what i can see is you are running with 50% of mangal dosh, which triggers for you not getting adjusted with your family members (husbands) after marriage, which leads to misunderstanding and quarrels between the couple.
And you will get an guy most probably an techy (engineer aviation) / from same profession as you / any beauty oriented field. And you could be able to find the right guy coming from east and south direction. You could be able to find the right match after this november 2014 .
