Golden Topaz (Yellow Topaz) is a natural substitue gemstone for yellow sapphire and more over it won’t be a good idea to wear golden topaz with emerald as this will give out negative results or it suppresses the effects which you were receiving it from emerald till now.
However I can suggest you properly after looking at your details. Are you sure about your Date of Birth? If you are sure with your date of birth, then can you tell me (think) of any number between 1 to 249 before telling me. Hi Sukhdeep,
As i requested earlier, it would really help me in giving you consultation on the plot if you give me a hand sketch, scan it and upload it here. Is the L shaped plot having roads on front and back towards longer edge or shorter edge?
More over as per vaastu is concerned L shaped plots gives out unlucky to the buyer. If it is already buyed then it has to be made rectangular and it should be used. However please do attach the sketch here to know more from me please mention the North direction in the plot.

I know you would had this relationship as love marriage and that too during rahu dasha. After seeing your both compatiblity it doesn’t match. Instead of emerald you can go for semi-precious gemstone Green Tourmaline of 5 carats (excpet 3 carats). Wear it on your right hand little finger on auspcious day. Come back when you purchase the gemstone for knowing auspcious muhurtham based on your natal chart.
And Rudraksh should be wornmost of the time as you Moon is weak. And as you are a non-vegetarian you should not wear Rudraksh during eating non-vegetarian foods.

As i have mentioned earlier these present situation will stay up to october 2017. However there will be improvment and you will again join your husband after this 14th next month. What i can suggest you is if possible wear a peral set in silver ring to your right hand ring finger. On an auspcious day. when you have purchased the peral come back to me to know the auspcious muhurtham. And it should be properly energiesed and weared.
