Just a hand sketch to tell me direction, shape and dimensions would been enough and to check whether the said plot will be benfitial to you and your brother in law can you please send size of yours and his palm size when four fingers closed and thumb finger raised (just like thumps up shape) length from tip of thumb finger to the bottom most part of palm (when its in thumps up position). Dear Khilna,
As per your friends details provided by you, she has born on thursday, under Ardra constellation first qudrant, gemini zodiac and Aeries Ascendant.

I feel it would be better if you could let me know your approximate date of time atleast. If you still fail to get i need to predict you based on moon chart which will be 50% accurate and majorly based on planetory positions only.

You have to change a bit of your life style while wearing blue sapphire like remove the ring and keep it near the pooja room and clearn place above ground level you are not suppose to keep it by mistake on ground level. While taking batch, doing morning routine works you have to remove the stone and while eating non-veg you have to keep it near the pooja room and after you have taken bath then only you can wear it back. And intimate time with your partner you are not suppose to wear the ring. And when you are visiting any bodies funeral / burial you are not suppose to wear and when you are going to visit any patient in the hospital you are not suppose to wear and go, reason being hospital are the places having high degree of negative energies.
I think in one of your post you had raised question about alternative to emerald so i have mentioned. You can wear both with out any problem. However please do follow the gemstones based on your requirement what i have adviced you before.
