Hi!
My Name is Harmeet from Melbourne, Australia. I greatly appreciate the power of astrology and gemology. I am truly after some insight about the gems I should wear or can wear based on my birth details which are as follows:
- DOB: September 29, 1977
- TOB: 11:25 P.M.
- POB: Amritsar, Punjab, India
I am into my own retail business of petro-chemicals in Melbourne, Australia.
One astrologer suggested me to put Emerald for whole life since it is my birth stone and also he told me I can also try wearing bue sapphire.
The reason I want to utilise gem therapy is because of getting “the fruit of hard work” which offcourse comes to better financial situation. I have been trying and working hard in business from last 3 years but I have got only average results/success so far, which I sometimes think that I could have got better results by doing a job (9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Mon to Fri).

I have still got few questions for you:
1. Apart from hard work, what should i do to make my petrol station business flourish well…also let you know that its entrance is from south direction? any remedy? though we have put lord ganesha picture in the entrance door with small hexagonal mirror… what else can be done ? pls advise…
2. Can i try blue sapphire and emerald? please advise…

Please find my answers for your above raised questions:-
1. The business realted to liquid what you are doing is perfectly matches as per your birth details. And even the south entrance is as well good to you. I hope you would have kept your business table / money swiping machine and all other transactions related to money in west portion of your buisness area plot. If yes you wont find any income in that direction and you need to relocate to north / east direction. There is really no use of placing ganesha idol near entrance, it is causing more tough time rathern than helping you. Instead you keep lord Shivji with his family in blessing posture in your main transaction room fixed to west wall facing East and you need to do pooja for that facing yourself to north direction.
2. Frankly speaking wearing blue sapphire nor emerald nothing will improve you on your business they are general well being stones, some unexperienced astrologer would have recommended you seeing the astrology software. For you business related improvement you need to wear pearl of 2 / 3 / 5 / 6 carat set in silver ring on your right hand index finger on an auspicious muhurtham with properly energised.

Thanks for your response and insight. Our business table and Swiping machine to take payment is in north-east direction already from day one we started in 4 june 2011. Since i am really worried about making business do well, apart from wearing pearl stone which i will do shortly, is there any regular pooja, mantra i can recite daily in the morning before opening for trading? i think sometimes that i may not end up in financial trouble… please advise..
secondly as you said i will still be troubled due to rahu till july this year, could you please tell me any remedy or mantra for it which i can do it daily..

Since i have found myself on many occasions that luck doesn’t favour me…In other words, In general life my things get done with the longest duration… i have to wait and wait… Though somebody told me that i was born with “kalsarp yoga”, My Parents have done pooja for it already when i was in school. i think i should not have the impact of it anymore.
Please tell me what stones i can put to get luck into my favour? Please advise…

Dear Harmeet,
Another reason for your financial trouble is your business table is been placed in North-East side of your plot. I know few of the astrologers / vaastu pandits with out much knowledge they tell to place there. Frankly speaking as per vaastu it is the Face of the Vaastu purush and just imagine if any body close your face with some pillow what will happen you will find suphocation to breath and indeed you will die. In the same scenario the North-East direction of any plot should be kept very much empty with out any heavy objects on it. As its called as Deva mula it doesn’t mean you need to place your pooja mandir there its highley troublesome. So my advice is to place your table in a such a manner you will avoid the corner of North-East.

Yes you are right you have Kala Sarpa Yog. You have done pooja / remedy for it. However its effects will be there, by doing the remedial measures you can reduce the magnitude of the effects only. For Rahu oriented remedies you can do chant the following mantras every day evening after 6.30 pm sitting on an wooden platform facing the relevant directions as below.
OM BHRAAM BHREEM BHROUM SHA RAHAVE NAMAHA!!! chant this for min of 4 times and max of 40 times facing North-West direction.
OM STRAAM STREEM STROUM SHA KETAVE NAMAHA!!! chant this for min of 7 times and max of 70 times facing South-West direction
Along with this you need to start feeding black dogs which will benefit you. And at present you can wear pearl as it will help you with your kala sarpa yog.

Regarding your luck which has to be improve slightly after wearing the pearl as it will avoid ketu effects and slightly rahu effects as well. And please be aware some of the astrologers guide people to wear gemstones based on the planetory transitions, which do not give any results to the people from the evil effects of the planet during the transitions. Reason being planets during transitions will give you their effects for temporary time and it would change later. And if you wear that planet gemstone and during wrong transition of a planet it would double the strength of the evil effects of the planet. And as per that astrologers after the transition is in good position then you need to remove it. hahahaha. Please be clear gemstones are been used only when in one’s horoscope the planets are been positioned badly and who will cause you evil effects, which are permanent throught out your life and to overcome these effects to certain extents you will be prescribed with the gemstone therapy.
So come out of the confusion, i really unaware which astrologers you would have approached, And am 100% sure an well astrologically literate mate wouldn’t specify gemstone for transition evil effects.

My questions is:
- Should gems be worn for evil planets? Irrespective of the house they are in?
- Or for planets placed badly? Irrespective of their strength in the chart?
- Or for planets that are strong like lagna lord.
Sorry, if I sound a bit confused but just curious.
In simple words; when does one takes medicines? Is it when you are very much healthy? or when you are ill / sick?

It makes complete sense, but I have been reading about the anukul (favourable/good) and pratikul (bad/evil) planets and it mentions that wearing evil planets gems is like strengthening your enemy.
Sorry, if I come across as arrogant or questioning your expertise.
