I will certainly help you out in figuring out the correct gemstone for you. Can you please confirm the details of your birth, like you have given your Time of birth as 2:20am, is it early morning of 3rd april ( as per astrology after midnight 12am the next calender day starts)?
In other words, were you born on 2nd April after midnight 2:20am (which is 3rd) or on 3rd April (Friday) after midnight 2.20am which is 4th?

The answer is yes and no, both.
If you are looking at wearing them, just for ——, based on your sun sign or moon sign, then its ok.
If there is a purpose and has been suggesed by an astrologer upon consulting by you for pecific problems you are facing, then depending on the strengths and lordhsips of the respective planets that they posses in the horoscope, you may or may not wear them.

Ruby stands for Sun, Gold is the metal for Sun and Jupiter. Thus Ruby ring in gold is perfect, but you need to wear it on the ring finger, not index finger, unless specifically mentioned by your astrologer fora typical problem’s solution.
Lapis Lazuli isnot considered a gem in pure astrological remedial terminology, so its all well to go with it.
Emerald is for mercury, whose metal mercury cannot be used, for obvious reasons :-), so gold is usually suggested. Wear it on the little finger of the right hand.
