For your problem i would suggest you to ignore pearl and gomed as your thinking is been more on unformal matter so for your above said problem you can go with emarald of 5 carat set in gold ring wear it on your left hand little finger after properly energized and during auspcious muhurtham as per your horoscope.
And you are having serpent dosh or Sarpa dosh or Nag dosh and it will create problem during your pregnancy after marriage and even you may end up with no progeny. Yes you are not suppose to wear gomed while wearing pearl. And i can’t understand why you are wearing gemstones on right hand? I trust you are female and you need to wear it on your left hand to enjoy benefits of gemstones.

For marriage, work, money household materailistic comforts and loyal life partner for future i would advice you to wear diamond of (2,/4/5/6 cents) set in silver ring and you need to wear it on your right hand little finger after proper energizing it and on good muhurtham. Instead of diamond you can also go for white zircon of 6 carats.
For work and chance of governement of job you can go for gomed (hessonite garnet) of 4 carat set in gold ring wear it on your right hand middle finger after proper energizing it and on good muhurtham.

This is the faith and this can’t be changed. And major reason for your kick of the job or you leaving is your laziness which you have to look in, to change your habbit. For your present scenario you can follow shani and rahu remdial measures. And you can do gem therapy of gomed of 4 carat wear it to your middle finger after proper energizing and on proper muhurtham.
and you need to chant OM PRAAM PREEM PROUM SHA SHANISHWARAYA NAMAHA !!! atleast 8 times and max 80 times every day after sun set.
and try to avoid black and blue dress on saturdays. And read hanuman chalisha along with above said mantra on saturdays.

For laghu sade sathi she can do few things as below:-
1. Chant OM PRAAM PREEM PROUM SHA SHANISHWARAYA NAMAHA!!! FOR min of 8 times every day.
2. Every saturday offer black sessame seeds lamp to hanuman or shani bhagwan.
3. avoid black and blue dress on saturdays.
And for career path wise for your daughter medical line will be more beneficial. And after some years she will open her own education trust or open an finance.

Usually gemstone which has been properly energised should be treated as GOD. So hence if your gemstone is been energised one you need not to wear it while having nonveg food, while going to washroom, while going for shower and going for any grave yard. And after removal you need to place it above ground level. And after the next day or same day bath, you can wear this. By doing this you are avoiding negative energy getting absorbed by your gemstone.
