It could be better if you would have been requested them to send an maginified snap of the gemstone. By which approximately it could help me to see the gemstone nearly possible goodway.
However the charges personally feel costlier the charges for colored stone (blue sapphire) you can check from this link http://giionline.com/charges_for_lab_service.html from the same place they are going to get you certificate. GII is an “Indian Gemological Institute”. However, charges mentioned by them are costly as members get good discount from those labs also, so you can also ask for some discount.
Regarding the 2nd remedy concern instead of giving black lentils, you can offer black sessame seeds to gurujis and get blessings from them in gurudwara.
I have some other remedies which are quite powerful as well like astro puzzles which can control planets effects if performed whole heartedly.

As per your sister Anamika’s birth details, she has born on Saturday in Dhanishta constellation in 2nd quadrant in Capricon zodiac.
Seeing her horoscope, what I can see is; she is a fully negative attitude person and born lazy. I can also see that she is totally opposite to you in religious matters, she loves practicality more and hates old generation rituals. And she also doesn’t show respect towards elders and to their words.
Also, I can see that she is influenced more towards love marriage and she likes to go against parents wishes. One major advice to her; for her better future, it will not be good to go with love marriage. Although Saturn will fuel her and force in performing love marriage; however, after love marriage there are more chances of break-ups (divorce). I would suggest you to only wear Neelam (blue sapphire) after July 2014.
Regarding Pitambari Neelam, what I personaly feel is; if there are two boses in a home definately both wants different things to be done separetly and you can’t satisfy both bosses at the same time and same place.
Hope you got the answer now, energies of both Jupiter and Saturn can’t be contained in one single gemstone and benifit you in two different aspects at the same time.

Yes, you can wear it while staying in Mumbai. However, you will need to follow different timings which is as below:
Start energizing and cleansing the gemstone after 11.23 AM and get archana done in your name by keeping the gemstone near foot of Sai Baba or any other guru temple.
Once again energize the gemstone by chanting the mantra by holding the gemstone between ring and thumb finger.
Wear the ring between 11.45 AM to 11.55AM. Later, take blessings of your parents and guru Sai baba/Dattatreya or any guru you believe in.

If you don’t have deep knowledge of reading horoscopes, my sincere advice for you is stop doing it. Anything written in books/internet may not be correct and most of the times, books and internet don’t provide full information. And indeed they are misleading people like you. Also, due to Rahu antardasha, you are thinking too much negatives. Once again, my major advice is stop looking at your horoscope atleast till July 2014. If you don’t stop it, then you yourself will be a reason for your health issues.
Regarding Jupiter; its not in Moolatrikona, instead it is still stronger as it is in its own house. As it is in 10 degree and 8 minutes placed in Sagittarius. As it is bala avasta, he needs time to give out his good things in your life. You still have long way to go in your life. You should start earning first, only then you can enjoy the materialistic comforts related to 4th house.
Also, I have told you many times earlier in this forum to wait for few more months (till July of this year), then from August of this year you should start feeling the change. Have patience and perform the remedies adviced to you to gain the strength to fight in this particular negative period.
Lastly; my major advice, stop reading your horoscope, I can see that you are not capable to predict yet.

Yes, you do have the chance. More propably, you will find your bread and butter in abroad or away from your hometown comforts.
To get it, you need to get rid of Sarpa Hatya Dosh and please Rahu, then you could get an oppurtunity.

In case of Yellow Sapphire, the gemstione should be facetted (transparent) type only. It should have good cut and it should not have any hairline crack inside the gemstone. And if there is any inclusion (it is not acceptable generally) then it has to be checked by an astrologer. And Saloni Pukhraj is good as it only comes from Srilanka.
Regarding muhurtham for wearing the gemstone, I see that there is not auspicious muhurtham (100% or atleast 75%) on nearby dates. Frankly speaking you are very lucky you got quite near by date. You have to wear the gemstone on 17-04-2014 that is April 17th, Thursday.
Timings: – 11.00 to 11.20 AM
I have considered your birth place as Dehradun, India.
And before wearing the gemstone, it has to be set in an gold ring. If not gold, you can use pancha dhatu ring. Please be carefull that Pukhraj (Yellow Sapphire) is not as solid as diamond, even little hard hit can create a hair line crack inside, which can be seen by a magnifier.

As per your horoscope, regarding the bachelors degree (eletrical engineering) which you have done is concerned; what I can see is that you won’t be able to earn bread and butter from this profession in beginning.
Hence after July this year, you will start finding good jobs in real estate, construction industry / civil industry, CAD drafting jobs. And slowly you might turnup with your own field. Regarding gemstones, I have already predicted which are better to you.

I know you have learnt astrology during your problematic times. And for your information, no one can master astrology as its a big ocean. How much you can grab (or understand) is important.
In this forum you are entitled to ask solutions for your problems, and we astrologers here are eminent enough to look specifically based on your question raised. You can’t say to predict from natal or divisinal charts or sarvatobhadra chakra here.
For your information, you are not supposed to predict based on divisional charts. Its just a secondary tool used to verify with the main natal chart. That is what I am telling you from the beginning. Also, leave shortcuts you are never going to get success by this.

My advice to you would be to remove american Diamond as it doesn’t have any astrological benefit.
You can also remove Emerald as it won’t help much. Also, you can remove Garnet.
Wear Yellow Sapphire in index finger, red coral on ring finger and white pearl on little finger. Make sure you will be wearing all in different auspicious muhurtam. When you recieve the gemstone, you can ask for best muhurtham on this forum.

As far as remedies are concerned, you can wear diamond (white zircon) to your little finger on auspcious day. And start meditating Hanuman Chalisa everyday evening after 6.30pm. Along with that, you can meditate below mantra for atleast 8 times sitting on a wooden platform in padmasan position. If you can’t sit in padmasan position, sit normally without touching your foot or any part of the body to the earth.
OM PRAAM PREEM PROUM SHA SHANISHWARAYA NAMAHA!!!
Along with this; every Tuesdays, meditate below mantra for 9 times in the same manner as I told you above.
OM KRAAM KREEM KROUM SHA BHAUMAYA NAMAHA!!!
Along with this, to control ill effects of Ketu, you can get yourself devoted to lord Ganeshji. And everyday without any time restriction, keep chanting below mantra.
OM GAM GANAPATAYE NAMAHA!!! by pressing your left and right mounts between the four fingers and thumb of your right hand. Your problem gets reduced to certain extent.
All these are astrological remedies, hence are dependant on time and the person’s wisdom. So don’t expect sudden change which is not going to happpen. As far as health issues are concerned, its always advisable to approach a doctor for proper medical treatement.
