My birth details are as follows:
- DOB: December 27, 1970
- TOB: 11:15 AM
- POB: New Delhi, India
I resigned from a well paying bank job on May 28, 2013, due to internal politics and redundancy. I thought I would get a job quickly on basis of my experience. However its been a year and I haven’t find a job. May be because of my age (43). I tried non-banking jobs but not getting through as situation is so bad that I have nearly exhausted all my savings. If i don’t get a job shortly I might have to sell my flat which is under construction and have to get possession somewhere else by 2015. (Is there a possibility of this happening?}
When will I get a job ultimately? Which gemstones should I wear for this?
Interestingly I have been recommended gemstones as below:
- Neelam (blue sapphire) for shani due to lagna lord, some some say don’t wear it as its neecha and retrograde at 12th lord and sade sati and shani antradasha.
- Panna (emerald) as 5th lord to strengthen purva punya but some say don’t wear due to 8th lord.
- Pukhraj (yellow sapphire) since income and gain house lord is weak (3 degrees) but other says don’t wear due to maraka
Started a rented shop in wife’s name selling ladies clothes (inner wears, leggings, etc. nothing hi-fi), from Dec. 25 2013 but that too is not doing well. Only able to recover rent. Rent agreement expiring in Nov. 2014 so have to decide whether to continue the business or shift to new location and take a chance and continue for next year. She is wearing panna (emerald) in gold as of now.

Welcome to the forum.
As per your birth details you are running with sade sathi shani from last 2.6 years which has created you all these problems for which wearing blue saphhire dosn’t help you out. Instead you need to follow saturn remedial measures and to avoid blue and black colore shirts as far as possible. And wearing yellow sapphire would help you with your career.
And even your wife birth details showing her planetory positions are not favorable and the business what you are doing on her name will never ever become succes to your people instead create an additional hole in your pocket. And from november this year your wife also get started with laghu sade sathi shani, so the time for both your couple is going to be wear treathening and trouble some so my advice you to start saturn remedies as soon as possible.

You have chances of getting a job after 20th of october 2014 before mid of jan 2015 and to improve the chances please follow saturn remedies like start chanting saturn mantra of OM PRAAM PREEM PROUM SHA SHANISHWARAYA NAMAHA!!! for min of 8 times and max of 80 times facing west direction sitting on an wooden platform. And you can wear a 3 carat of yellow sapphire and for temporary purpose you can wear it on silver ring and later you can get it changed.

appreciate the effort you are taking to answer queries in the forum…
does body weght have any relation to gen stone weight..like i am abot 110 kgs weight ..so do i need higher weight pukhraj than 3 carats?
alsocan u please guide whether its seen in both of our charts that we will have to sell our undersocnstruction flat for living in case i am not able to secure any job..my wife is very tense on that issue..currently we are staying on rent and plan to move to flat(posession early 2015) in 2016 mid only since my child is in 9th and we stay near school..will shift in 2016 after her 10th board only…IF WE ARE LUCKY EBOUGH TO GRUHPRAVESH IN THAT FLAT in TITWALA(by grace of lord ganesha, titwala) that is
