Dear Sir,
I am wearing Yellow Sapphire – Pukhraj (on gold setting) on my right hand index finger from quite some time. It was suggested to me by an astrologer long back. Please let me know if I should continue wearing it or wear any other gemstone?

So, the facts which you have said about anemia and last 4-5 years being not good is quite correct. But other than that I have to disagree. Maybe, name also matters a lot. If possible can you please shade some more lights on it.
