Hello Sir, myself Prajwal patil, I am experiencing extreme health issues from last 2 to 3 years. When I cure something a new disease is coming up. I am also not strong in terms of my education is concerned. Could you please advice me what necessary things(such as pooja, mantra, Gemstone etc.) should I complete to overcome the above problems. Also please suggest me shall I start to find jobs or have to build my carrier in own business (which business need your opinion). My birth details are given below:
