Astrological and Gemological advice requested.

Date of Birth: 03rd Sept 1983

Time of Birth: 07:00 AM

Place of Birth: Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh, India (26.23N 81.23E)

I have been married for a year now but have been consistently facing a lot of problems in the marriage.

Astrological experts have suggested that the current period is expected to be tough for me as I am currently undergoing Mahadasha of Shani (till 30/12/2018) and Pratyantar dasha of Rahu (till 18/06/2016). Can you please confirm this hypothesis? Can you please also suggest any other astrological and gemological remedies to lighten the difficulties being faced? 

From a gemologu perspective, I have been adviced by different astrologers to wear 1.) Yelllow Sapphire (Pukhraj) in Gold, 2.) Blue Sapphire (Neelam) OR Iron ring and 3.) Emerald (Panna) in Silver. Can you please suggest what shall be the right gems for me to wear, of what weight and in what metal?
