You are having Mangal dosh which is quite high in your case. Have you done pooja for this before? If not please do the same like Ashlesha bali pooja perfomed Kukke subramanya in karnataka. And this is main obstacle for your marriage. And rahu and ketu are the main reason for your job changes and no recognistion in career.
I would suggest you to concentrate first on marriage as its already late. And you need to do the mangal dosh nivaran pooja to get easiness in married life.
