First forget that there is something like good time or bad time. If everything is predefined then difficult situations are put in front of us to think and find solution for them.
You’ll do better with social study of money like higher degree in economy. Study that involves active calculations might not be right.
I would not suggest any some for you. Not because there is no such possible suggestion rather because it would not be effective.
I would suggest that you do anulom vilom yog. Start with 2 mins and practice it to 15 mins. Once you are able to do that, you’ll have answers. Please come back to forum and talk about.
