She can’t be saggitarious based on her qualites and you only told she gets angry and she gets angry which is not tempermental instead its arrogant nature, stubborn nature which are been due to placement of saturn and rahu in ascendant scorpio, I told you even before that i wont post things just with out analysing it.
And coming to yellow topaz it doesnt do anything to your mom, nor good nor bad. So need not to worry about it.
